FUNDRAISER FOR WOMEN`S CANCER RESEARCH - 2004
On Sunday 6th June 2004, all the ladies from Clark Howes participated in the Race for Life charity run. This year the run was held at the University Grounds in Oxford.
With temperatures of 23 degrees, sunshine and lovely blue skies, 3000 women, enjoyed a quick aerobics class to warm up with a few jumps and stretches!!
It was a successful day, which I'm sure everyone enjoyed.
We have raised just over £850.00 for the 2004 charity run.
FUNDRAISER FOR WOMEN`S CANCER RESEARCH - 2003
On Sunday 11th May 2003, all the girls from Clark Howes competed in the Race for Life, 5km walk / run at Willen Lake, Milton Keynes.
This was an annual fundraiser for Women's Cancer Research sponsored by Tesco.
The girls successfully completed the run/walk in just over an hour.
With all their sponsorship monies they have raised a total donation of £830.00!
Rumour has it, that they are already training for next years run!
