Sausage Making Evening

Well we sure are! On Wednesday 12th November everyone from Clark Howes went to a very nice butcher (J.H. Clark & Sons) in Princess Risborough to learn the art of sausage making!
As you can see from photos we're much better as accountants than sausage makers, so we shall leave that to the professionals!
