Outsourcing your General Accounting Requirements

Whilst the reduction of an internal accounts department and the use of an outside party to accomplish these requirements is fairly common in the US and Europe it is less often seen in the UK. Payroll processing; employee payslips; breakdowns of costs by department and company; payments by credit transfer; dealing with leavers and joiners; completion of end of payroll year and annual forms P35, P14 and P60 and a payroll hot line to field employee queries

Preparation of Regular Management Accounts

We can prepare monthly or quarterly management accounts to suit your needs, style and presentation; VAT returns; balance sheet analysis; bank account reconciliation's; cash forecasting and accounts either emailed or posted to you.

Cash Control and Management

We can raise invoices, undertake credit control and the collection of difficult debts; payments to suppliers and tax authorities; finance for new fixed assets or refinancing existing ones; preparation of cash flow projections and sourcing bank loans and debt financing.

Parent Company Reporting

If you are owned by a demanding parent company we can also prepare monthly or quarterly reports in their formats; expense analysis by department; variance analysis as required and electronic data export in the required format for their consolidation purposes.
