Strategic Planning & Managing/Implementing Change
Business is moving, whether it is introducing a new product or service, an internal process, or the market you are in, things are changing faster than you can keep up with. One thing is for sure; change is constant. As a leader you are often looking for your business and people to be flexible and adaptable to change, but how do you as the leader manage change? In this webinar, Dirk Anthony will offer an alternative perspective on how leaders can think about business change and tips on how to handle the process.
About Dirk Anthony
Dirk is a Partner of Blank White Page, the coaching and consulting business that specialises in entrepreneurs and business-owners.
For over 20 years, his career has been leading transformation and change: the external changes forced on the radio sector by greater P & L accountability – coinciding with fundamental developments in digital media products and distribution meant it could no longer be called a ‘radio’ business– and the organizational changes he has designed and led in response.
As a broadcaster, Dirk became highly successful at building huge audiences. He quickly learned the sensitivities of dealing with high-profile media and management personalities and now uses all this experience directly in his work with senior business figures and CEOs, who he finds often experience almost identical pressures on performance when leading strategic change.
He is an accredited Henley Business School Coach, having been awarded their Professional Certificate, and is in the process of completing their MSc programme in Behavioural Change.
